Being as a part of Information arch I feel really proud because everyday we get lots of new problems and we have energetic team which tackle the problem with their competence , we are working hard efforts to bring that competence in front of our visitors . That’s why we have decided to publish the daily matters on Information Arch blog . Our ways of working is simple , we work 8 hours daily and we have a holiday on weekend like on Saturday & Sunday .

The most important thing about our way of working is that we work as a one team where every second person show their performance irrespective of their reward which they will get at the end of month , that’s the thing which takes your organization an extra mile . Working as one team its necessary to defined role of every person working in the team . We have a team leader who decide what & when .

Initially working in a team is bit difficult but once proper understanding is developed within the team , it become easy to solve tasks !
